My wife, Gina, and I were married at 12th Street ten years ago and God led us to make it our church home. We love the fellowship with families our age, and the relationships within our church family that have grown during these ten years. The music, worship, and biblical teaching have guided us in our lives, as well as raising our children. We are blessed to be a part of 12th Street Baptist Church.

What a joy it has been for me to be a member of Twelfth Street Baptist Church since 1945. Through the years I have found our church to be very warm, friendly and loving. I have experienced many happy occasions, and, also times of great sadness but my church family has always been there for me. I thank the Lord every day for our church, the staff and our members.

Besides the programs available for children there, we were and continue to be impressed by its renowned music ministry and friendliness. We are fortunate to be part of many who drive from all parts of the county to attend services at a church that has served and been so blessed by the Lord for over 100 years.

I have been a member of 12^th Street Baptist all of my life. After getting married in this beautiful church in 1996, my husband moved his membership here. The encouragement and support we have received throughout the years from this congregation and staff has been Amazing! We are now raising our 3 young children to know and understand the importance of weekly fellowship with other believers. They look forward to participating in all of the activities that are offered from Sunday School to children’s choir to missions on Wednesday nights. In August of 2006, we were able to experience the Joy of seeing our oldest child walk down the aisle and profess the Lord as his Savior and follow up with being baptized. If you want to learn about Jesus and grow closer to Him, then 12^th Street is a great place for you to come and worship.
